The 2009-2010 season race night was held at the club on
Saturday 6th March and was superbly organised by Phil
Wickwar. There were six races in total with the owner of
the winning horse receiving a bottle of wine, and the
main event of the evening being an auction race which
saw Scott Osborne pocket £110, while Dan Jacques walked
away with the £75 football card with the winning team
being Aberdeen. Thanks to all those who supported the
evening where we made over £500 behind the bar alone, as
several sore heads the next day were no doubt testament
to!
