| The
next stage of the development of the Beacon
ground is being lead by the Hassocks Community
Football Club, and will see one full size pitch,
one junior size pitch and one five-a-side size
pitch, along with changing facilities, being
built on land behind the current stand
The South Field
Development will play an integral part in
taking the club, the Beacon and the community to
the next level, by providing playing facilities
for all three sections of the club - the
seniors, the ladies and the juniors.
It will also
allow us to offer sport provision across the
community and to encourage more young people, in
particular girls and ladies, the opportunity to
participate in football
The planned
developments will take pressure off of the
Beacon Ground and the surrounding facilites and
will allow Hassocks to develop into a centre of
excellent for football that will benefit the
entire community
